Participation is open to individuals worldwide who download the Destruction game from the official Itch.io page and complete all three levels on a supported platform. The game is currently available only for Windows. Entrants must submit a valid Twitch username to appear on the scoreboard. Entrants must also have unrestricted internet access and an active online connection at the time their score is submitted. Technical issues, device failures, or communication problems preventing score submission are not the responsibility of the organisers.
Players must download the game from the official Itch.io page, complete all three levels, and enter their Twitch username when prompted. Scores are only eligible once successfully transmitted and displayed on the official scoreboard.
The giveaway begins on 1 April 2026 at 12:00 AM (AEST) and ends on 30 April 2026 at 11:59 PM (AEST). Only scores successfully submitted and recorded on the official scoreboard during this period will be eligible. Any scores submitted before the start date or after the end date will not qualify for entry.
One winner will receive a digital gift voucher valued at fifty US dollars for one of the following platforms: Steam, Nintendo, PlayStation Network, or Xbox. The winner chooses the platform. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternatives.
The prize will be allocated to the confirmed winner within ninety (90) days of the winner responding to the notification message sent via Twitch direct message. Prizes will be delivered digitally to the winner's nominated contact method.
Winners must specify the correct regional store or region in which their chosen digital voucher must be valid (such as US, EU, AU, or other applicable regions). Failure to provide the correct region, failure to respond within the specified period, or providing incorrect or incomplete information will result in forfeiture of the prize. Prizes will not be reissued, replaced, or exchanged if the winner provides incorrect regional details or is unable to redeem the voucher due to regional restrictions.
All decisions made by the organisers and judges regarding eligibility, scoring, prize determination, disqualification, or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are final and binding. No correspondence, negotiation, or appeal will be entered into. The organisers reserve the right to correct, adjust, or invalidate scores at their sole discretion.
The winner will be the entrant with the highest valid score recorded at the end of the giveaway period. The winner will be contacted via Twitch direct message. If the winner does not respond within seven days, the organisers may select an alternative winner at their discretion.
The organisers reserve the right to disqualify and remove any entrant from the scoreboard for:

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the ACL and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the organisers disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience suffered by entrants in connection with:

Only Twitch usernames are collected. These are used solely for scoreboard display and winner contact. No additional personal data is collected. By entering, participants consent to the public display of their Twitch username on the leaderboard and to being contacted via Twitch direct message if they win.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Victoria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
